At Genius Business School, we are committed to providing high-quality executive management training, professional education, and consulting services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. General Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that all our participants have a seamless learning experience. However, refunds will only be considered under specific conditions outlined below:

A refund request may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Course Cancellation by Genius Business School: If a scheduled course is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future session.

  • Withdrawal Before Course Commencement: A full refund (minus administrative fees) will be provided if a participant withdraws at least 14 days before the course start date.

  • Withdrawal Within 7 to 13 Days of Course Start Date: A 50% refund will be provided.

  • Withdrawal Less Than 7 Days Before Course Start Date: No refunds will be granted.

  • Dissatisfaction with Course: If a participant is dissatisfied with a course and provides written feedback within 48 hours of course commencement, we may offer a partial refund or course credit at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Registration fees

  • Course materials and digital content already accessed

  • Consulting services already rendered

  • Any customized training programs or special arrangements

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, participants must:

  1. Submit a written request via email to [insert contact email] with the subject line “Refund Request – [Course Name].”

  2. Include the reason for the refund request, proof of payment, and any supporting documents.

  3. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

5. Course Rescheduling and Substitutions

  • Participants may request to reschedule their training to a later date, subject to seat availability and approval.

  • A substitute participant may be nominated in place of the original registrant at no extra charge, provided we are notified at least 5 days before the course start date.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen critical situations, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Proper documentation (e.g., medical reports) must be provided.
