Meet Benson - Our Facilitator
Mr. Adegoroye, Oladeji Benson / Facilitator.
Mr. Adegoroye, Oladeji Benson is a chartered accountant with a Bachelor of science in accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA), he also a member of Associated Chartered Institutes of Taxation (ACIT), Member Chartered Institute of Management (MNIM) and also a member of Advanced Management Programme, LBS (AMP).

Deola Sagoe Limited He pioneered the department of the Chief Finance Officer of the Company Developed and implement sustainable internal and procedural controls that drove the business process. Established Accounting System of the organization and Implemented Accounting Packages. Developed and implemented a long range Financial and Business Plan for the company. Secured cheaper funding for smooth Operation of the company
Josepdam Sugar Company Ltd. Pioneered the General Manag er/Chief Financial Officer 's Department Resuscitated the moribund Estate and deselected factories recruited new staff and supervised the foreign Technical ' Partners on behalf of the Board of Directors. Provided leadership for the team of Finance Committee of the Board seeking cheaper sources of funding; made Business Plan and Information Memorandum presentations to the Board of 5 frontline Investment Banks in South Africa. This led these consortiums of banks to visit Nigeria an gave an Offer for US$400m credit line.
Berger Paints Nigeria Pie. led Berger Paints team of Finance Function Corporate Resource Maximization Project anchored by the defunct Andersen Consulting; now KPMG, in 1999. Organized through the Business Process Reengineering the automation of Paint Manufacturing Process which yielded 35% savings in production cost. spearheaded the installation and implementation of a new Accounting ERP - SAGE Enterprise Solution (Pastel Evolution) and successfully managed the parallel-run and transition from the AS-400 legacy solution.
Das Air Cargo Limited: Pioneered the Accounting department of Das Air Cargo Limited in 1987. Spearheaded the setup of two other branches in Port Harcourt and Kano. Generated a huge revenue base which was used to start the regional offices in 1991. Set-up the Nigeria office of Sun-Accounting System in 1996. West African Examinations Council, Owerri: Provided leadership to an entire Zonal Office's Internal Audit Department. Main while taking the opportunity to carry out desired reforms in that department and won the Zonal Regist rar's Commendation for that year.
